How do the Announcement Postings work?
To post your ad quickly and efficiently, we need the following information and materials, which you can either insert directly into an email or send via Upload Form:
What do we need from you?
The following information should either be included on the poster/subject image or added to the caption text. Please make sure to send the details below:
[GENERAL]
+ Event/project name
+ Event location
+ Date and time
+ Registration deadline or ticket information
+ Contact/website
[CAPTION / Max. 1,200 characters]
+ Description of the event/announcement
+ Target audience or special participation requirements
+ Contact information for registrations or inquiries
+ Hashtags and important tags (please provide @handles for mentions)
[POSTING MATERIAL]
+ Event subject/video/poster or set of images (images and posters in .jpg format, 72dpi; videos saved as .mp4)
+ Reach is currently better with video content. If possible, we recommend sending video material so we can create a reel from it.
